Thousand Island Dressing

Another delicious creation by Chef Andre.How about changing your recipe for Tuna or Macaroni salad? No need for plain Mayonnaise any longer. Use this dressing in its place and it’s complete with everything but the diced celery.

Yield: 2+ Cups

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Chili sauce
3 tablespoons Red pepper very fine dice
3 eggs Hard boiled egg rough chopped
1 medium pickle Dill pickle de-seeded small dice
2 tablespoons Chefscents™ Four Layers of Flavor Onion Dip
1 1/2 cups Mayonnaise

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl add all ingredients; using a whisk combine for 2 minutes.
  2. Using a spatula transfer the dressing into a glass or plastic container.
  3. Cover with a lid and refrigerate.
You can also use this dressing as a chip style dip, that’s what I do .
