What makes Chefscents products better than others?
Many years of kitchen testing and ideation have taken place in order to be deemed a Chefscents™ product. At Chefscents™ we are confident that our clients will be pleased with all of our premium products.
However, many of our flavor profiles are very unique and you may want to experiment with them in your own creative ways. My recipes are great guidelines of tried and true dishes that I continue to create each and every day in the kitchen.
I want you to be happy in your kitchen. Chefscents does not have an issue with returns as long as you follow some basic guidelines listed below.
Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within three days of the delivery confirmation date.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping and a $7.00 handling fee, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.
All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
It is a Chefscents™ policy not to refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
